Load in and load out. Picking up and dropping off crew at hotel and set. Crafty runs; Trash sweeps; Loading trucks (production/tech). Taking deliveries for supplies. Organizing barricade and hanging snow fencing. Hanging banners. Carrying hot bricks. Assisting whatever departments are in need. Making production happy. Providing occasional quips and half baked jokes.
Booking travel, lodging and rentals – Work independently on assigned projects – knowledge of construction sites, tools and equipment – Assist the financial and operations team with office related tasks – Assist with monitoring and organizing quotes and invoices – Take lunch orders and pick them up daily for the team – Go on additional runs when needed – Pickup and Return truck rentals – Purchase all employee personal orders – Catering for 30+ – Attention to detail
Managing any and all office related materials from printing, shipping and handling, legal, and warehouse needs. Booking and logging all travel related inquiries. Auditing all crafty and catering purchases. Purchasing catering for 40+ every day. Renting and loading trucks. Assist financial and operations team with other various tasks.
Assist with ropes-rigging and obstacle resets. Test obstacles. Organize and execute travel related costs and inquiries.
Assist Cam Op with any pertinent needs. Keep batteries charged and ready. Keep Tripod prepped and ready. Assist with Camera load-in and load-out. Assist with driver and guests interviews. Drive Execs to and from after camera wrap.
Basketball game Camera Operator. Full Photog responsibility. One-man load-in, prep, shoot, gather pick-up shots and Broll, load-out, offload footage, edit, and export.
